Tariff/Booking Terms & Conditions:

Double rate from $105 daily light service
Single rate from $85 daily light service

This will include a complimentary, light continental breakfast, downstairs in our dining room.

From 7:30 to 9am


We do complimentary pick-up from the domestic terminal from 6 pm until 9 pm.
An arrangement can be made to let yourself in after 10pm. Please feel free to leave heavy bags in the entrance, rather than taking them upstairs.
  • No commission will be paid to Agents
  • Bank Card details will be required from guests, to ensure the use of Aarn House facilities.
  • No booking will be held longer than 2 days without credit card details.
  • No personal cheque will be accepted at time of stay.

    cheques may be sent for the total amount within 1 week after booking.
  • If paying by credit card, please be aware that Amex payments will incur a surcharge. No Diners.
  • If paying by cash, payment in full on arrival. Your Credit Card details are still required to secure your booking.
  • People booking in as single and using the room as double for all or part of stay, will be billed as double for the total period, unless hosts are informed.
  • Short notice cancellation will not incur a refund during stay.
  • Any tariff reductions are offered at our discretion. Please don't ask for a reduced tariff.

There is a shared kitchenette which is available for preparing light meals. We have a fridge and kettle in every room to store personal supplies and make drinks, though would prefer it if guests used the kitchenette for eating. Guests are expected to clean up whatever they use in the kitchenette. Anything left in the kitchenette fridge by previous guests, is there for anyone wishing to avail themselves of these supplies. There is also an iron & ironing board.

We have a network connection in the rooms for computers, the phone is STD barred [long distance]. There is an IMAC in the lounge for internet ADSL connection. If needing to phone long distance or inter/intra state, we suggest you purchase a phone card.

Please do not use the TV in the lounge after 9 pm and before all the other guests have arisen in the morning. We will have to remove it if we get too many complaints.

If mixed in with our normal washing loads, washing would be included free of charge if guests are staying longer than a week. No hanging up on the line, no ironing.
